5. Acceptance of the terms and conditions is a condition of entry and entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.
6. Prize includes a 2-night stay with dinner, bed and breakfast in the Toravaig House Hotel, Skye based on two people sharing a room. Prize cannot be taken on public holidays and must be taken before 31st December 2009. Prize also includes £150 spending money.
7. One winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by an independent party within 7 days of the promotion closing.
8. Prize is subject to date and room availability.
9. Transport allowance is included up to a maximum value of £150 in total. Amount provided will vary based on location of winner, distance travelled and travel method. The Promoter's decision on travel allowance is final.
10. Only one entry per household.
