Also no more free European travel insurance. I go by the calendar month and have never been charged. It is possible to read the Tand C either way. The paragraph referring to statement period could be read as referring to when any underfunding charge comes out of your account rather than how it is calculated.0

I sent them a secure message it claimed that the service was unavailable when I clicked submit but then I got a reply from them:Thank you for your e-mail regarding your statements.
I should explain that the monthly statement period is when your statement is prepared each month. Your statement is prepared on or around the 22nd of the month and so your monthly funding would have to be in your account before the 22nd of each month.
