How do I use this, do I need any software, it seems to copy on my hard drive and I really want it to transfer the photos in my Olympus Camedia programme? Do I need any software as I see that the Corel photo album is only on 60 days trial and I really do not want to buy it. Thanks

Assuming you are using XP you don't need any additional software, the reader will be picked up automatically when you plug it into a USB port.
You need to have the memory card out of your camera plugged into it of course.
It will then appear as another hard drive.
You can then copy the pictures from the card to any folder you wish, e.g.My Pictures.
You dont need to bother with any software that came with your camera to do this.
If you want to manipulate/organise your photos I would recommend you download Picasa from Google, its free and very good. That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -
