Setting Font/Size/Colour for E-Mail

Have Outlook and trying to alter the default font, size of font and colour for outgoing e-mail.

Have looked and just cannot find it. It is there somewhere because I have sorted it in the past, but since the rebuild I just cannot find it again.

Anyone?

    Tools/options/mail format was what it was but then I did not specify that it was Outlook 2003.
