£5 M&S Voucher with bra fitting

I went for a measurement this week, and was pleased to see the offer. Unfortunately for those of us with larger boobs the store can't stock or even order in specially anything larger than a G cup and you can't use the voucher online. So those of us with more than our fair share up top are effectively excluded from this offer. I've emailed M&S to complain that I had to spend an additional £3.50 postage and could not use the £5 voucher, meaning that my order was £8.50 more than it would have been if it was possible to obtain it instore.:mad: That's nearly 75% of one of my £12 bras, not exactly great value for money! I have to say though, I would rather have an accurate fitting than them try to sell me whatever they have on the shelves, full marks to the fitter for that, I'm just mad at the store for making them unable to supply me with something that fits unless I pay massively over the odds online!!!0

Can they order your bras to the store for you, and then you could possibly use the voucher?0

No, they aren't allowed to do this. Apparently if someone orders a larger size online and it doesn't fit they can return it to the store, and then they can put it out for sale, but this is the only way you can get anything bigger than a G cup instore. It was suggested that I ordered online, returned it to them instore and asked if I could immediately buy it back using the voucher. They aren't supposed to allow this, but they recognise that the system is unfair so they may do. I've had a response to my email complaint - they are sending me a £5 giftvoucher to use instore. Quite pleased with that, as long as it is valid for a while as there isn't anything I need in Marks right now!0 -
I have always wanted to be measured, i'm sure i'm wearing the wrong size:o . What exactly do they do?!! Do you have to strip off your top half or do they do it with a bra on? Sorry for being a dope but i don't think i could stand with my t**s out!!:rotfl:I like my money right where I can see it - hanging in my closet.;)0

It depends on the place you go. Almost always you will be measured under the bust while you are wearing your existing bra. John Lewis, La Senza, M&S and others will do a fitting.
This is a good video to see if you are wearing the wrong size. (Also if you have a dressmakers tape at home you can measure your size)

you keep your bra on and some say keep ur top on, a really good fitter can tell your size just by looking at you  if you find one of those make sure you remember them for next time!0
