you can use the voucher on the same day, straight after your fitting if you like. I work there!0

Was in Edinburgh Fort on Friday. They don't measure you for a bra. I was told to choose the style I liked in size I thought I was and staff would fit it for me!!! I was in the fitting rooms for well over an hour, must have tried on over 20 different bras in styles and colours, (Despite telling staff member I only wanted white). My opinion is that they just look at the size you are currently wearing and bring you a selection to try on. I wan't impressed with the choice or the service. The £5 off voucher was on offer and could be spent on the day. Didn't see a measuring tape! She was very keen to point out that they don't measure - just fit.0

Always been too shy:rolleyes:
would anyone recommend M and s for accuracy? I've heard good and bad things
Obviously depends on the member of staff but the woman I had on Saturday was wonderful. She tried lots of different sizes, experimented with straps and most importantly talked to me about it all

I wouldn't get measured for a bra at M & S. They have a terrible reputation amoungst the people I know. I have friends who have been measured there and they were put in the wrong bra size.
I went with someone who got measured there and they were put in the totally wrong size (too small in the cup, too big in the back). We challenged the fitter that it was the wrong size, and we were told that they didn't have the right size, so they tried to make the wrong size fit! (which doesn't give you the proper support, and doesn't look good either).
I would go to Bravissimo or John Lewis as I find they are quite good, and if you don't fit in or like their styles, at least you will know your size.0 -

I agree with this too. I was actually told by M&S I was a different size to what I actually am. When I queried it, it became apparent it was because they didn't have the style I wanted in my actual size so she was trying to get me to buy a different size.
I have been measured by Bravissimo and would say they are the best.0 -
I would never go to M&S to be fitted again, they measured me as a 38b when I'm a currently a 34E, i even showed the woman that the bra rode up and my boobs were falling out of the bottom of the bra when I moved but she insisted it was the right size....:rolleyes:0

Details of this voucher are on this website - i've linked it here. It says it's purchases over £20 - but someone on this thread said £25....does anyone know the value for sure?0

I went to M&S Fosse Park in Leicester on Saturday and its £5 off a £20 spend. The lady I saw couldn't have been more helpful. She did measure me and spent a good 30-40 mins with me getting the right size and fit. Without going into too much detail, I had a baby in June last year and now that things have "settled down abit" I wanted to get some that were the right fit etc. As I was buying 4 bras, she gave me 2 £5 vouchers, so I got £10 off!
The voucher says £5 off £20 spend on all lingerie - excluding sleepwear. So vests, pants etc are included.
And for info, I spent the vouchers on the same day - straight from the fitting room to the till!
They're also doing 20% off sports bra's if anyones after one!0 -
The £20 spend rather than £25 has made my mind up; I bought a cute set of underwear for £20 the other day...going to take it back and rebuy it with a voucher.0

I was told M&S don't do fittings anymore
