Sorry if in wrong board but:
I have just recived my shopping from tesco etc etc etc..
one of the items was Department sale x2 +20p..
Now its not much money I know but I wanted to know what it was for..so I phoned the help line and asked what it was for..
The lady on the line said:
It is for an item you have recived that isnt recognised by the system..
Okay I assume that for an example if i ordered 2 sweets at 10 p and itwasn't in the system they just charge me 20p fine..
But I had already ticked of everything on the list and there wasn't anything else left..so i have been charged 20p for nothing..
The lady happily said she would re3fund the 20p onto the card etc etc etc then put the phone down..
My point is
WHat exactly is it for...if something had gone up in that department had gone up by 10p and had not been updated then fine not a prob..it wasn't anything to do with substitutions..
my thought is waht if they do this to every customer its quite a littel earner..

I had that before, it was a replacement product and I worked it out as a big bag of mince (the basic stuff) for 20p! The stuff we ordered was £3 and replaced by 20p mince! lol.0
