Woo hoo! I told you all I was on a roll . I got another one last night! £8.00 in total. One of the big London savers must have banked them recently. I might go and change up all my miscellaneous shrapnel into nice £2 coins to bump up the total. Is that allowed?

I'm up to £146 now! I love going to the building society to pay them into my special account - it's all a secret and I feel like some spy with a Swiss bank account... When I get £1k I'll start getting quotes for the rewiring. Can't wait to show them to my husband and watch the surprise on his face when I show him the book with the money in it.

Hahahaha, that's how I feel when I ask for my change in £2 coins, like it's a top secret club and no one else knows what I am up to!

One more for me yesterday. I have had to resort to swapping coins with people as I never seem to get any in my change!

I just counted up my £2's and it was £30.

DH must have put a couple in without me knowing, as the last time i looked it was £24. Not complaining at all. I don't seem to get very many any other way.

Did something really naughty!!!! I got OH to get all of my £2 coins out of my terramundi with a knife as I was desperate to know how much I had and I cannot believe I have a grand total of £178.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am saving for spending money for our holiday next year as I am trying to take the family on a once in a lifetime holiday to Florida and I really think this is a brilliant way of saving without even realising it.

just checked piggy and realised that i hadnt posted my last two £2 gains! Up to £8 again now! Gonna try for £20 before our holiday so that will pay for our visas!

don't seem to have had many in a while, off to do weekly shop in a bit (i look forward to this - not!) hope to pick up at least one, beginning to feel i don't belong here.......let you know when i get back...
