Hi all
quick question: my mum has offered to help out my sister by applying for an egg card, just wondering can you transfer a balance from one egg card to another as they're the same provider?
just wanted to make sure before she applies...

No, not in the typical way. But there's a way around it.
Just transfer a fictional overdraft. Egg allow you to do this at the same rate as the BT offer.
Send the money from your mum's Egg Card to either her or your sister's current account, then pay off your sister's Egg Card from there.
It can all be done online.
Details of how to process a BT (including the fictional overdraft) here:

Yes. Virgin also allow you to send money to a current account.
It's sometimes referred to as a 'super balance transfer' if you want to look it up. Not all credit card companies offer this facility though.0
