Goodmans car radio/CDplayer problem

Hi all

A bit of an unusual problem. I've just reconnected the aerial wire to the radio as the inner of the two wires had snapped.
All now seems to work OK except for one small thing.
I can't pick up any signals on the FM band.

I can get stations on medium wave but not on FM.

Anyone any ideas?

Possibly you've not reconnected the aerial correctly. Medium (and long) wave use a different aerial located internally within the radio I think and so disconnecting your outside aerial would not have had an effect on them.

    I'll have another look.
