Valid Claim Under Section 75?

This is still ongoing...I've been in a to-and-fro situation with MBNA (Virgin) since originally logging the claim. They are obviously hoping I'll get bored but the amount of money at stake says I wont

They have taken the case seriously, requesting lots of info regarding the circumstances, details of the dealer and such like but to date I have had no positive outcome.
Both ConsumerDirect and Trading Standards both actively encouraged me to take the Section 75 route so people thinking of doing the same don't be put off by people saying "why would they care?" etc. They have a legal obligation to protect their customers, make sure you exercise that right!!0 -
2 issues with 2 cars with the same dealer? You don;t need me to tell you your first (well second actually) mistake do you now?

Change of dealer anyone.....

Do you need me to tell you that you have totally misunderstood?! :rotfl:
My post says "the" dealer not "this" dealer - credit me with some intelligence to know not to get stung by the same dealer twice.
p.s. Would have thought a seasoned poster like yourself would know not to jump in feet first with sarcastic comments :rolleyes:0 -
