Talk Talk not responding to online messages??

Has anyone contacted Talk Talk via their online messaging service in the last 2 weeks and had a reply?

I've sent 3 messages via the 'contact us' option on their website and I've emailed them at customerservices@TalkTalk.co.uk but I've not had a single response.

Has anyone else had better luck than I have?

    Aren't TT, JustDial, OneTel and Tele2 now all part of the same empire?

    If I'm right, isn't this just an indication that they are now well advanced in their standardisation of CS > Customer response procedures?
    Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.

    sorry - I've probably blocked their system - I have had to send a total of 60 emails/responses in the past week. I'll let you know if they ever pay my invoice for compensation:)
