yeah sound s good on paper buti can tell you it isn't that good in reality !
first the broadband is not really that free , u have to pay a connection fee of 29.99, then you are tied to a contract of 18 month, paying for a line rental and and a 70 pounds disconnection fee and don't forget if you want to change provider then you have to go to BT who will charge a maximum of 200 pounds to return your line becasu e you have been put onto a LLU .
theirs customer services is awful and misleading. to say the least however this is my opiinion on the services i had recieved even though i haven't ask for it.

so again think carefully before moving to talk talk. because i can tell you by experience their broadband service is rather bad , constant drop out, conenction very slow , u can't use the phone while you are surfing and so onBSC number 1830
