New bed - with drawers or without?

We want to buy a new bed but with drawers or without drawers, that is the question? The extra space would be great, but do you lose something in the "comfort" factor or is there no difference. Any comments appreciated

ours is without drawers and is very comfy so are my girls beds we've all got bedsteads the only thing you miss then is good storage so you need boxes underneath or another little tip i'd like to share is that if you already have a bed with drawers keep the old drawers and put casters on them they make excellent storage for new bed this way and look neat and tidy! ive done this and to buy such good sized containers and on casters costs a fortune!!!!!!!! good luck! remember not to throw away the old drawers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I always buy with drawers as I like the extra storage space and have never noticed any difference in comfort.

Sounds as if going for a bed with the extra storage underneath is favourite as, littlereddevil, you say theyre's no difference. Of course, hubby and I could go round the showrooms trying them out :eek:

No difference in comfort. We recently bought a Myers Stressfree 2 bed, a bit like Tempur just not astronomical prices. Drawer storage is very handy, and the bed has a lifetime warranty.
