Global banking crisis...what banking crisis ?

Options
There is absolutely no banking crisis in SE Asia, I assure readers.
No banks are in trouble, none are teetering on the brink and I am sure the same is valid for dozens if not hundreds of other countries. In fact Thailand's official reserves at $108 billion are over twice the size of the UK's and Singapore has reserves three times larger than the UK's .
Of course there IS a slowdown but NO recession and NO global crisis .

Why must politicians lie so often and so frequently as Gordon did yesterday ? Could it be he wants us to believe there is a global crisis to cover up his own sins and imply all countries around the globe are in trouble ?
OK ...politics not allowed on this forum but people should know the TRUTH about the so called global banking crisis .

Its global in that more than one continent is affected, and affects the majority of the financal centres in the world

By the logic that you're using, they need to rename the World Wars, because i'm sure not every country took part in them either!
