The Fairmont Lake Louise Hotel - has beautiful ice sculptures that are incredidile - including a castle you can skate into. These are all done on the lake which you can also spend a great time skating on - all equipment for hire there.
Husky dogsledging is magical but expensive - a one off treat but will give the yougsters great memories
Have a great time0 -
We went to The Banff Springs Hotel for brunch last week and I didn't think that the brunch was as good as the Banff Park Lodge brunch which is quite a bit cheaper.
I would also recommend Snowy Owl in Canmore for dog sledding. The owners are well known in town for having the best dog sledding company. We went last month and it was $150ish each for two hours which was well worth it. You can either drive the sled yourself of sit in the basket! We went all over the back of Spray Lakes and into Kananaskis. Beautiful.
Have a great time here!! Oh, and we've had a whole load of snow these last coupla days so it's all looking fab!:smileyhea "here, hare, here" :smileyhea0
