Reclaiming charges while in a IVA

Two years ago i had no option but to take out a IVA, i owed money to two banks and six credit card companies, i am over half way through my IVA (just over 18 months left) but now i am wondering if i can reclaim bank and credit card charges for the two banks and six credit cards eventhough i am in a IVA, at the end of the day part of the reason for me being in a IVA was the charges i had from them.
Any help on this matter please, of do you know where i can get help from
