The email from cahoot contains a paragraph:
"cahoot is a division of Abbey, part of the Santander Group, which has more than 150 years experience of savings and investments. We are committed to serving our customers, helping you make the most of your money."
Could this be construed as miss-selling a savings account?

Cahoot have informed me that I can receive a lovely 3% on any money between £750K - £2 million. Wonderful. I dont have even the secured £50k. Anything around that acrues flumpance so, are Cahoot catering for the rich or those who can afford to blow unsecured sums over £50K?

@poppy10 The point of saving is not to make money on it but to keep the money in such a way it will help you in dire times. This count as dire time. So really, you are much better off as saver than borrower!
To make money on the money is called Investing.0
