Not easy to predict the exact time at which a bubble will burst as any child will tell you. You think everything in the garden is rosy then?

I do remember watching a programme 2 or 3 yrs ago, a bloke on there was saying things were going to go t1ts up big time. I wish I could remember who it was and what the programme was. He said he had spoke to others and they dismissed it as I probably did at the time. Any one any ideas who it was.
I came in to this world with nothing and I've still got most of it left.
  • I predict that there will be an increase in taxes and there will be fuel protests. I reserve the right to say when and where.
I am a Mortgage Consultant and don't like to be told what I can and can't put in a signature so long as it's legal and truthful.

There will be a larger gap but it will happen with a future generation as it has now. My father said to me in 87 when they were going up, " it will burst" and it did and here we are again.
