Co-op insurance online? Having problems

Has anyone recently purchased co-op insurance online? I tried to buy home contents insurance online but when I came to pay it said Card invalid. If you have entered spaces in the card number then please remove them, otherwise correct the data and retry. The card is a Maestro debit card and it's not invalid, I've entered the card number, start/end dates etc correctly but it still comes up with the above error message. Its the only card I have so I can't try another.
I'm going through Quidco which means the transaction needs to be completed online so I can't ring them to put the payment through. I tried yesterday and got the same error message but yesterday the Quidco cashback was £50, it's gone down to £40 today :rolleyes: There's no email facility to contact them and I can't do it over the phone for the above reason.
Has anyone experienced similar? If so is there a solution?!
