mine was loaded onto van 2 mins after yours :j .. I am in 2day anyway so i'll not be missing it.. + it didn't come when I was out on the school run.

I think you are quite right!!! I spent over £30 for wrapping paper, gift tags and 2 packs of cards- I am happy to make any kind of saving this year! Roll on 90% wrapping paper & dodgy bookend (which I think I will give a miss) sale!!!

GRRRRRRR - boots must have it in for me.

My order just arrived, every item is damaged

Granted its just the packaging thats damaged on most of it, but i got toys and there supposed to be presents and damaged packaging doesnt look good. I got some mens TS sets and all the bottoms of the boxes are ripped and the contents are all over the bottom of the HUGE oversized box. The HUGE oversized box was open they only put a small bit of cellotape on it and by the time the nice parceline guy got it to my door it was almost all over the floor.

I have also been charged for the next day delivery :eek: , which i was told i wouldnt be charged as they obviously didnt deliver it next day.

I didnt get any free samples either. But thats not my main concern.

Well thats it NO MORE .com for me. To many damaged, late items.
Im going to ring them in a minute to moan, not that it will get me anywhere, cos boots dont care.

Im so mad, i really am. I want to fire off a barrage of swear words but thats not gonna fix my damaged items is it?

CS have refunded my £5.38 delivery charge to my card saying they are only refunding the delivery charge once deliveries have been recieved by the customer.

RE damaged items: NO EXCHANGES ARE BEING OFFERED ON SALE ITEMS AS THEY HAVE ZERO SALE STOCK LEFT IN THE WAREHOUSE, so i either have to keep them damaged, or return them for a refund. The lady said that the sale got taken off .com because they ran out of stock but the sytem wasnt updating the stock levels properly as a lot of people were checking out large quantities at a time, so it seems some people will not be getting some items they have ordered.

But thinking about it, all the items that are damaged are showing as being in stock on .com but at full price????? Are they just spinning me a line? Think i better speak to someone else about this.

hi, i know its unfuriating when you get aasked the same questions again but here goes:- I get the herbal essence offer of 100 points when you buy it, and you buy the reduced stock. But please can someone update me of any other major offers.
I havent been on here since before xmas, hubby got finished the friday before xmas and has only secured a job within the last week. I am working again so thought i might try my bootsing mojo again and just wanted a little extra help. Many many thanks and sorry if i've offended anyone.

how are you all tracking your parcel from .com? i have the tracking number but the system doesnt want to know it...should have be here last friday but they said in email it would be today but i cant find it. maybe next day doesnt track?

Blinkies = £5 voucher off of R&M or No7. Obtained through spending £5 on near enough anything instore. Only available until tomorrow, but usable until Friday/Saturday.

New No7 GWP starts Wednesday. Will be a minimum spend job this time, rather than the free with any mineral purchase on the current offer. Its a pink bag thing.

Herbal Essences / Pantene - 100pts with every item bought. No vouchers needed. Using with reduced HE or Pantene Sachets/Minis results in more points that original spend, or minimal spend. Possibly ends tomorrow.

Various Sure / Gillette deoderants reduced to clear. Stock is store dependant.

Theres an offer on washing up liquid, which I'm not sure what it is.

haynrich if it is via parceline then you can normally only track you order after you receive it

I telephoned Boots to check and the lady confirmed that my items were to be delivered today. Apparently put on the van at 8am.
