Is the 90% sale on today?

It isn't on .com, so I don't know about instore. I doubt it though, as it should have been last Wednesday and didn't happen because of the disaster online, so I doubt it very much.

Regarding skin care such as anti wrinkle etc I have always been brought up with the addage that prevention is better than the cure. I am only 21 and do use the odd cream because according to my nan its better to try and prevent the wrinkles appearing than try get rid of them once they are here. must have worked for my nan cos everyone is shocked at the fact she has a bus pass cos she doesnt look 65

  • Morning, wrapping paper (all that's left!) still at 75% off today in my store. It's funny how I've decided I really need wrapping paper just cos there's the hope of getting it 90% off!

I think everyone who wanted a pair of GHDs should email boots to ask them to bring them back! anyone joining in? I was saving up my points for a pair and almost there! they can't stop selling them now its taken me 2 years!!!

My hairdresser once told me that they make very little profit on GHDs (they sold theirs about £10 more than Boots), so perhaps they were too much of a loss for Boots to continue selling - people were buying them last year with around £30 of points back if I remember correctly!
  • Hi

Do any of you Bootsers shop in Sheffield or at Meadowhall. Some of the offers I hear about on here are fantastic, but I've not seen them at my stores - or am I just not looking properly?

I can't believe how good Bootsing is, and I can't believe how many vouchers I've thrown away in the past thinking there would be a catch. Oh well making up for lost time now!!!

I got the loreal men's expert kit in the store on fargate, and have got a few herbal essences from the store on west st and eccelsall rd but think they have sold out now. last week from the west st store i also got some cheap gillette shaving foam, dove shower stuff and men's fcuk shower stuff (they had some of this left when i popped in on mon). sometimes the store down the moor is quite good too but haven't spotted any bargains recently!

Thanks for reporting back! And I feel the same way; I've been using the same rolls of wrapping paper for a few years and still have some left, but I would've bought more at 90% off, lol.
  • I was really please that I managed to get the wrapping paper at 90% . It means that I already have all my wrapping p[aper for this year. Just need to get it into the loft.

My store is small so there isn't anything else just lots and lots of wrapping paper.
