HSBC -can you claim charges if you change to another bank ? Please reply

We have just completed the first stage of the process and have received a letter from HSBC with details of our bank charges. I have now printed off the 2nd letter to follow it up.

But in the meantime HSBC have been so unhelpful and not willing to increase our overdraft etc and after 25 years with them I have now got a bee in my bonnet and feel like changing banks.

My question is basically: - if I change banks can I still claim the charges from HSBC.

Many thanks

Yes and from any bank a/c you've had in the last 6 years.
