Cycle Trends - its just a con isn't it?

Options
Had a flyer for Cycle Trends in Moneyweek - a quick google found their site - http://www.cycletrends.co.uk/

Now this is the usual Fleet Street Publication con isn't it, just like their penny shares news sheet from years ago.

So has anyone taken up this Cycle Trends offer and what was the result?

If not how about ten of us forming a syndicate and trying it out?

cheers fj

  • Is this a con or a spoof of a con? It's hard to tell!

The bit at the bottom "superscan" I misread for "superscam" at first!

Let me get this right. This guy works out how he can "beat the markets with such regularity".
Instead of doing just that and spend his fortune in investing in good businesses and taking 6 month holidays in The Bahamas he instead decides to setup a crap flaking looking website selling a cheap looking software utility :T

Interestingly he's multiplied his money by 7. So while if you started with 10k the 60k return is nothing to be sniffed at, it's not quite the rich lifestyle inferred!

  • I was a full time trader for 7 yrs, there is no guaranteed system to beat the market.
If there was, there would be no market. If these peoples claims were real they would just do it, not sell it. They would also not have to advertise and sell the system to individuals offering support and training etc, how much do you think a Billion dollar fund would pay them for a guaranteed system? ££££££££...

It seems my suspicions are correct, I often wonder why people publish systems that work - why don't they just use them themselves,

Here's one to try - set up a company that says it can predict the sex of your yet to be born baby or your money back - well you must get 50% correct so thats not too bad is it!
