Can I close account

I have moved my account to another bank, while I wait for the final decission on reclaimed bank charges is it ok to close my account with the bank I am claiming against?

What is the current situation wioth your existing account - is it in credit, are you overdrawn and are there any charges due that have not yet been processed. If it is anything other than the first case, you may find the Bank will not allow you to close it until you have paid what they claim you owe.Gwlad heb iaith, gwlad heb galon0

Guys, Thanks for your reply. The account is in the black so I presume I can still close it and get back what I have claimed when the case finally comes to an end?0
