Think I need a network card - but which one?

Have recently bought a Dell Inspiron 6000 along with a Belkin ADSL modem with Wireless G Router.

Have tried to set it up with the assistance of some great people on here - but to no avail - however this could be because I dont have a networking card?!! (Totally a NON techie!!).

On the assumption that I do need one for wireless computing - can anyone give me any pointers on what ones best/cheapest.

I merely use the laptop for surfing/emailing - nothing major (couldn't cope with anything more than this!)

have you tried seeing if your network card is fitted in properly ihave also just bought 6000 and mine was not fitted in properly

Ah, does it have one already then?! I'll check that first - was on my way to buy one!

That will help Id your wireless network interface card(NIC).

If you are using XP then the driver "should" be loaded - Click the start button >> select Settings then goto netowrk connection but then you may have different settings for your menus so here is the MS line on things
