how much to completely rewire a smallish 3 bed house?

Don't know anything at all about electrics, but we paid £1800 for a quite large 4 bed detached house, so I would guess about £1000. This probably depends where in the UK you are.0

Don't forget the cost of re decorating after the electrition has gone, the disruption can be total.I think you need some sort of certification for the work
to prove it has been done by a proffessional.Not ashamed to say ABBA are Great :j0 -
South East - £6800 inc vat for a 4 bed + garage.
We got quotes from electricians who could sign off their own work and two came out at about the same as we paid and the third was about £1000 more. Plastering and redecoration afterwards came out at £1500.0 -
wow - there's quite a variation between the North East and the South East! £1800 - £6800! Unfortunately, we are in the South East....0

buckinghamshire, we paid almost £3,000 for a large 2 bed and out houses. we got extra plugs and sockets put in and are at present redecoration every room including ceilings coving needs replaced etc..Those we love don't go away,They walk beside us every day,Unseen, unheard, but always near,
