Bank Charge reclaiming query??

Hi, just a general question. I submitted my claim to my bank (in Sept 2008) for bank charges applied to my account over the last 6 yrs which was put on hold due to the waiver. Does this mean that when the wiaver is lifted will they go back to when I submitted my claim Sept 2008 or to when the waiver is lifted? In other words do I loose out on any charges from Sept 2008? Hope that makes sense...

The FSA waiver specifically covers this. On the basis that you claimed in Sep 2008 (and could therefore claim back to Sep 2002), when the test case is finally resolved, say 2010, the banks will still have to refund charges from Sep 2002
