reclaim charges?

Just a thought. If can in therory reclaim charges, why not try to use the money to clear up the overdraft in the bank or credit card, in the same way?
Would it be possiable todo this?

    That's what i'm trying to do with my old bank. They won't because they say it's a seperate issue

    We had 1100 quid refunded with HSBC and they automatically zero'd our overdraft.
    That was before the test case started.

    Thats pretty much my aim, if i get anything out of this then its going straight back in!
