reclaim charges?

Just a thought. If can in therory reclaim charges, why not try to use the money to clear up the overdraft in the bank or credit card, in the same way?

We had 1100 quid refunded with HSBC and they automatically zero'd our overdraft.
That was before the test case started.0 -
