You're assuming my son is in the wrong. I can assure you he isn't and I would have helped him defend himself IF he had had a chance to do so. That is my point. How can you defend an action when you're not aware of it?
I did say that I was playing devils advocate and that I didn't think the system was necessarily right so I'm actually assuming nothing...
Before a creditor goes through the actions of getting a CCJ (which isn't free to the creditor) a debt would usually go through failing to pay and defaulting on the debt before they will invest the time and money in obtaining a CCJ against a debtor.
If he has no defaulted debts then does the judgement state what this CCJ is actually for?DFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!
