Hi, Stupid question for you all, Im really confused. I got my renewal notice today and it say`s I get 6yrs ncb when I should have 7, On my policy docs from the start last year it just says 67% ncd & renewal say`s 67% 6 yrs, I have phoned them and they have said my previous company reported to them that I had 5+yrs ncb not 6, I realise some companys have a max discount which is +5yrs but some don`t, so technically have I lost a years ncb?

Hi there
It makes no difference - once you have reached the maximum, it doesn't matter how many more years you are claim free; they won't give you an extra discount. In the beginning, the universe was created. This made a lot of people very angry and was widely regarded as a bad move. The late, great, Douglas Adams.0
