iva company going out of business

what would be the implications of an iva company going bust,how would it effect people who have an iva with them,it hasnt happened yet i dont thhink,just something i heard.

    I kept the same IP during my IVA but had dealings with 5 different company names and my IP also changed governing bodys 2 times. A good thing to find out, is the IP moving? Him being your supervisor i should imagine you would move also.I still think that your still ok Because if he resigned or vacated his position as supervisor, the insolvency service would have to find you another one, I think there would have to be another meeting of creditors to vote him in. Its all in that confusing little comic book they give you "terms and conditions" try not to read it to often it gives you nightmares. hope this helped
