Barclays Account Upgrade

Hello again folks, and happy new year!
I was just wondering if any of you had a Barclays Cash Card Account (Now with Full Visa Debit yay!!!) upgraded to a proper Current account based on how well you run your account?
I am hoping that 6 months worth of what i believe to be good banking will put me in the good books at Barclays.
Any body had any joy getting upgraded?
