Norwich Union "Free" contents insurance

Hi,

NU have a great scam going here:

My house insurance is up for renewal, so of I go shopping round the net. Then I see an NU ad, "free" contents insurance. Now I know that they wouldn't offer anything like that to existing customers in their renewal notice, so I thought I'd log on as a new customer and go from there.

This is a beauty. I filled in exactly word for word the same data as on my renewal, same address etc etc. On my renewal the buildings bit is £115, whilst on the so called "free" contents site, the same house, no claims etc is £213, almost £100 more for the same property.

Yet another con.
