ISMI confusion

Thanks to this forum, I know that the ISMI rate is frozen at 6.08% until May, but also that some BDC's were unaware of this initially.
My question is, do I need to call them to get this sorted (just received another payment at 4.58%), or will it be corrected automatically?

Ring them. The IS payment system (ISCS) didnt change the rate automatically. They may have missed your claim when trying to rectify things.0

Rang them, was already in hand and will be paid 8.18% from 29/01 for undisclosed period (presumably the same length of time as it's been underpaid; 7 weeks in my case) which is to cover shortfall and also includes small amount of compensation. Thereon will revert to 6.08% until mid May.0
