Just a Mild rant re Egg, I always have to wait at least 7 minutes to be answered & sometimes longer, this is not reduced by phoning late or at an irregular time, you still have to wait. Must net them quite a small fortune playing you some music for a good few minutes on an 0845 number

They probably have less people working late or irregular times, hence the wait is just as long as there's not enough people to answer the phones.
I believe most companies have these 0870 number notjust to make money, but they are easily transferable.. i.e for there disaster recovery proceedures i.e in an event of fire, flood, etc... If there numbers were local they would not be able to transfer them.. meaning alot of customer getting very stressed!!!Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 092
