Pre-pay credit card advice

in Credit cards
My neighbour only has a basic bank account and does not trust herself with a debit card or credit card. I mentioned to her about a pre-pay credit card as she wants to do her tesco shopping on-line (can save her 10 on first shop lol) and she likes the idea. The only thing is i know nothing about them but you put money on and spend what you have.
I have noticed some have fees. What is the best one as i doubt she would be pleased to be paying for the privilege of using it.
Thanks in advance for any advice

well for what it's worth, i've had the virgin prepay for well over a year and i find it extremely useful - although i've literally only just been allowed a barclays debit card so i might be giving it up soon.
the initial fee is £9.95 for the card, and you get it in about a fortnight.
top up is free in the post office and takes about 2 working days to clear, but you can top up at a paypoint if you pay 2.75% of the top up amount and it's available immediately.
all transactions (including cashpoint withdrawal) are 2.95% of the amount - so if you think you want to withdraw £10, it'll cost you £10.30
that's basically it if you're someone like me who just uses it here and there and for the odd ebay purchase.0 -

This is just what I am looking for, but where can I get it?
I could use it for Amazon. Books on there are cheaper than charity shops and you can get what you are looking for there. Please please help Time is more valuable than money. You can get more money but you can't get more time0 -

I've also seen some standalone packs in shops but i can't remember where - it's basically like using a pay-as-you-go voucher. you pay for the pack and get a card with a scratch panel on it - reveal the code and enter it into the website and that's the prepay card paid for.
i know woolies used to have a lot of them, but then that's not exactly an option any more
