I'm not shocked that people lie in their signatures, after all this is the internet; I'm shocked that they confess their lies to you. After all, even you would admit, you don't come across as the cuddliest of posters.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I have this signature, I am an advisor, I give advice and am qualified to do so. I only give information on this forum but I registered and agreed to the terms of this site. The forum requests that anyone who is an advisor uses the signature provided therefore I use it. I assume that's why most other people use it too.0

What do I know about you?
That you imply in your postings that you are a broker, without having the required signature - even though this contradicts the posting rules.
You criticise new posters for asking questions - even though Martin asks people to "be nice".
You make postings that say nothing other than 'seek advice from a broker' -even though brokers have been told it is better to say nothing than just post that.
You don't seem to understand the concept of good will.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Can I just add that feisty does not follow this rule eitherNon-advisers have valid opinions too. Brokers should be mindful that non-brokers can have valid opinions on mortgages too0
