Professional indemnity insurance - help needed to find

My wife is an independent nurse/care assistant and currently has PI insurance via Castlebank which is a specialist insurer.
They have just hiked the premium by 35% which I find less than acceptable.
Can anyone suggest another source, by any chance?

Hiscox were the ones most often quoted to me when I was looking but I thought they were a bit expensive (business consultancy) . I've just googled and also found Blyth Valley plus the following website that gives four alternatives including Hiscox and More than
