Best shower for my money

Hi hoping someone could help me
I have a £300 budget for a new shower (to be fitted in a quadrant enclosure).
I would ideally like to have 2 seperate shower heads, one fixed one hand held and then if I can find it have one of those multi spray (but that part isnt essential) What would everyone reccommend?
My budget is slightly flexible but I dont want it too much over that price as it will eat into my contingency fund for the bathroom renovation we are having.
I have a combi boiler.
TIA:D

Hi,
I have a Triton Electric shower for some 8 yrs...still works as new...cant fault them..0 -
take a look at the bristan shower range
do not be tempted to buy a cheaper item from ebay or plumbworldHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure0 -
Thanks for the quick reply
Had a look at bristan but the double shower heads all seem to work one or the other not together
Anyone got any feedback on the Triton ullswater shower tower?

I'm not sure what my current Triton is but it's excellent - as was the one in my previous property, which was, clearly, quite old.
I don't want to sound like a Triton rep (I'm not) but I'd have to agree with Indi, above. If I needed a new one I'd buy the same make again.
Hope that helps.0 -

Is it a mixer or electric shower you're looking at?

We are after a mixer0 -
I would suggest that a combi might not be able to provide enough hot water/pressure to run both shower heads at the same time.
Of all the electric showers I have ever used, I find I stuggle to get wet with them !! Have I just had bad experiences.0 -

I fitted one of these recently - has fixed head & flexi head, plus 2 body sprays. It will only work if your combi has hot water temperature adjustment, 'cos it needs 65-85 C (not something mentioned in the spec). But thought it was a very good buy, and customer is happy:T .
Like this one, but with 2 body sprays, came in at around £148. Can't seem to find it.

You could have a look at Grohe. We recently purchased a grohe avensys modern - 5 year guarantee wasn't something to be sniffed at. Not fitted it yet but it looks very well made with heavy solid brass body - german engineering obviously! Will even work with unbalanced pressures apparently (just have to put some flow restrictors in it). You don't get much decent for £300 i'm afraid so you may have to compromise if you want decent quality. On the same shop they sell the fixed plus manual shower head you mean but these one's really don't come cheap: http://www.showers-direct2u.co.uk/ishop/1068/shopscr1752458274.html ! We also bought our twyfords shower cubicle from them...excellent service with it arriving within a couple of days.
Others we considered were Mira Excel and Aqualisa.. but the grohe was a little cheaper.0
