Mbna Charges

evening, I sent off a speculative letter to MBNA back in november requesting refund of all charges, i didnt have copies of statements so didnt know the amount of charges I had (although I knew there would be some!) today i received a letter from them offering me £180, which is the amount over the £12 charge, they have also already taken this amount off my balance. They are giving me 8 weeks to reply or they will close my file. SHould I contest this and try and get the extra £120? what about interest? or should I be grateful for what I've got? Not sure I want to push them too far as I currently have a £3k balance on my card at 0% and was hoping to balance transfer my Mint card to them in July when that 0% finishes.

i had to go through a claims company with mbna because they ignored me, i had a 500 pounds part payment 2 months ago and now im told have a further 600 to come. obviously i didnt get the interest because the claims company got that, and i also had to pay 10 percent and vat , but i had alreadly paid up the acount over a year ago so i didnt have any worries of threatening action back so good luck with whatever you decide
