  • Hi all new to the site.
I currently have £3175 owed in charges from nationwide.Did the usual as everyone else, then the hold came into place.
Lost my job and house last year and the bills mounted up.So I applied for financial hardship in Sep 08.I WAS TURNED DOWN.
I started the procededure agen in the new year because basically I am £11,800 in debt.Loan,Gas,Electric,Council tax etc etc.
The nationwide credited my account last week of the grand amount of £260,of which I received £93 because I was overdrawn, through charges.I told them I wasnt happy with the amount and sent them some bills I had.To be honest not all,coz I am basically hiding from alot."HAD ENOUGH".Anyway I sent them C/T,Gas and Elec total:-£4567 alone.
Received a letter today that if I wasnt happy with there decision they would pass on to another department.I rang today explained I was not happy "AGAIN"
I get the feeling now I being messed about.
What do you you have to do to prove to these people you are in financial hardship.Live on the streets for a year.To be honest the letters I am getting from council tax balliffs,I might end up in prison.
Can anybody advise or has anyone had dealings with Nastywide.Sorry Nationwide.
