Bank Charges - HELP!!

Hi there,
Hopefully somebody will be able to give me some advice. I put a claim in for bank charges to 2 different banks in 2007 and they have sent loads of letters saying that it is on hold e.t.c, I haven't heard anything for them for quite some time, is there anything I need to be doing, or do I just wait? Do I need to put in a court claim? as I rang my local court and they said theres no point as it will just be put on hold - some advice on what my next step should be would be good?
Thanks!

Claims are still on hold and the hold has just been extended for another six month. So, what the court has told you,
still applies (at least to August).
If you can claim (and prove) financial hardship, you might be in with a chance. Contact the banks again.0 -
Hi there,
But if I do not put a court claim in and just keep waiting then does that mean I am loosing out on money as you can only claim for previous 6 years? I first claimed in 2007 so have already lost 2 years worth?#
Cannot prove financial hardship either?
Thanks0 -
i think it is 6 yrs from when u claimed and however long it takes on top0
