Barclays / Woolwich account reclaim

Hi i was looking for a bit of advice please. If i was to ask barclays for the last 6 years of statments would they also send me the account that it used to be as it was woolwich? I dont really think we had any problems when it was a woolwich account but we have had probably over £500 on the account it became with barclays.
Also barclays changed the way they charged. It used to be a paid referal fee for £30 now its fee for using your reserve( what reserve???) £22 and fee for a transaction returned unpaid £8. Is this basically the same as a paid referal fee? and can it be claimed back?
Thanks in advance for your help

Hi,
can't really help you, but we were with Woolwich and when they changed over we had lots of problems. Direct debits were cancelled, dates were changed and we only found out when we got letters from the relevant companies asking why!!!!!
I would think they would send you statements from Woolwich, seeing as they took over completely.
