There aren't any now after the post office deal went last month. Buy to let lenders are massively increasing costs and other criteria to discourage new business. They simply want to stay clear as the whole sector implodes far more than the residential market.:exclamatiScams - Shared Equity, Shared Ownership, Newbuy, Firstbuy and Help to Buy.

There is a Mortgages board on this site, where more mortgage brokers hang out. You might try the question there.
The answer would also depend on your circumstances. e.g. do you already have a portfolio of 100? 20? 3? Do you want to buy your first?
Generally, BTL mortgages are being pulled quicker than a chav bird after her 4th WKD.0 -

It would be my first time - I'm a BTL virgin.0 -
I spoke to my mortgage adviser with regards to a BTL mortgage the other day,
Basically you are looking at a rate of around 5.5% with a £2k set-up fee, this is there or there abouts across the board, you need to put down 25% deposit also.
Only worth it if you are going to get a good deal on a property that has letting potential and a decent return.0 -
Property is only worth the effort if you are getting positive cash flow and about a 10-12% return
Whats the details on the property you are thinking about?0
