how long till CSA reply to an email complaint?

They look to deal with complaints within 15 Days. Thats what they're supposed to do anyway. Emails have to be looked at within 48 hours.0

Have to say that I have always got replies to my emails quickly and if there has been a couple of things then the relevant parts got passed on to the particular department and I got replies to all the points raised.
I am an advocate for the emails actually.0 -

Yes they will acknowledge quickly but actually dealing with the case properly is an entirley different matter!!!0
