Barclays Staff loan

Hi there,
I did post something on this yest but maybe wasnt clear on the situation, I worked for barclays around 6 years ago and took out a staff loan, being young and foolish person I was, this was done over the phone and no credit agreement was signed, I have now contacted loan-fee.co.uk and they have advised I have a case as no credit agreement was signed. They would like a one off fee of 295 for this to be looked in to, if they decide to take my case on, instead of me paying my loan i forward the payment to them on a no win no fee basis also if they dont take my case on i do get the orginal fee back minus 50quid administration costs.
The reason im going down this route is that the loan was over 5 years, so should have been paid off by now but due to circumstances that I couldnt help, I.E leg break and reduntancy I have missed alot of payments, only to find out the balance is still at the amount I orignally borrowed, I have made alot of payments and I feel the bank has had most of their money...
I requested a Credit agreement but they sent a letter out stating this loan was requested and processed over the phone as per the terms and conditions at the time due to being staff.
So my question is does anyone know if this loan is enforceable and would you advise to use this company loan-free.co.uk, has anyone had dealings with them???
Any help would be great

The loan is a staff benefit, with emphasis on STAFF. You took the loan as a member of staff, it is not a consumer loan. In fact, if you go look at the CCA, you will find an exemptions section for employers.
If you are still staff, expect opinion of you to sour rapidly. What would William Shatner do?0 -
