Overdrawn BY bank charges

Hi everyone new this so please excuse any mistakes. I am 19 and currently hold 5 bank accounts 2 of no problem 1 natwest account where by i have already paid £550 in charges and am in the process of claiming back and 2 lloyds accounts. It is lloyds who at the moment stand the problem as i am totalling £1000 of charges between the 2 accounts. When i was unemployed i was hit with £500 on one account and £300 on the other account- of course unable t pay them the amounts have built up to £700 on one and £400 on the other. I have not paid any of the charges as have only recently gone back into work and therefore have got other things that ned paying. I was only overdrawn by £50 and £60 in the first place, is there anyway of avoiding paying these stupid amounts without declaring myself bankrupt or getting an iva??
Thanks
