Checked Insolvency Register and it just shows my details and says Automatic Discharge date 16th July 2009

Yes thats what they all say until you actually get ED then it just adds a note extension to it saying ....discharged????? ED.
The OR can not start the process of ED until 4months from bc date have passed.......by my calculations:D you are just past the 4 months. Ohhhh i really hope you get it but please do not get too dissapointed if it does not happen. Thats it, i am done, Blind-as-a-Bat has left the forum, for good this time, there is no way I can recover this account, as the password was random, and not recorded, and the email used no longer exits, nor can be recovered to recover the account, goodbye all ………….
