Congratulations on your job. You must be so chuffed about that.

Don't forget to tell the OR when your wage goes into the bank and ask for a new IPOQ form, then come and see us and we will see how it can be tweaked ;)
    Thanks TF, will do xx

Yes TF i am confused as well. I was always of the understanding that you got transferred to the RTLU if there were any assets/house or IPA:confused: .Dx

Dalip I would guess it is a generic letter, one size suits all sort of jobby.

So if you have no assets don't worry just sit back and wait, but if you come into any before discharge then inform the OR so it can be dealt with etc. but this may happen after discharge.

If you have assets then it will be dealt with by RTLU but again it might take till after discharge to settle it all.

There was a BR advert in our local the other day for a chappy that went BR in 2005 and they were just informing his creditors about his estate and if any one had a claim to get in touch.

    Morn MOT

Just got all my paperwork from the IS(sad to keep it i know) out so here goes.

I was transferred to the RTLU in jan(went bc in nov)to deal with my IPA. I had a letter to that effect in jan.

I had the letter about the release as trustee from the secretary of state in july.

    Got ED in sept:D .

So on that basis i am going to say your OR is washing his hands of you and to keep checking the IS register. How long ago did you go bc,(memory again lol) it was not that long ago was it?.
